Cozy Hot Chocolate
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tsp raw cacao
- 1 drop of liquid stevia
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pitted date
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- coconut flakes for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- STEP 1. In a sauce pan, bring milk to almost a boil.
- STEP 2. Add cacao, stevia, cinnamon, date and coconut oil to the sauce pan. Stir for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
- STEP 3. Place mixture in a blender and blend well.
- STEP 4. Serve warm and top with coconut flakes.
