Superfoods are such a great way to add extra nutrients to our daily diets and I always recommend adding a few of these to your smoothies. I make a smoothie every morning and always throw in a mix of seeds. The great thing about chia, hemp and flax seeds is that they can blend into any smoothie and thicken it up. There is no reason why you should make a plain smoothie with banana and almond milk when you can add a few extra ingredients and get so many more nutrients into your body. These superfoods will give you plenty of energy to power through your busy days.
