Watermelon Martini
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups watermelon
- 4 oz. Bleu Storm Vodka
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
- juice of 1/2 lime
- handful of ice
Toppings:
- lime zest
- watermelon slices
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the watermelon into slices and add to a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and pour into martini glasses.
- Garnish with lime zest and watermelon slices. Cheers! xx
