    I particularly love this vegan detox book Nedi came up with! For me and my boyfriend, it can be such a struggle to eat anything with out meat but with this book, I found it easy to follow and it has so many delicious recipes!! Nedi you are a star!!

    Brilliant plan! Very smart recipes! Not just healthy but well balanced and filling too! I use the recipes not just for the cleanse but for ordinary meals too! Love that it includes tips, a pantry list and yoga too!
