    Love all of these recipes! If you love to indulge on thanksgiving, then these recipes are perfect ! Same great taste as the traditional, only wayyyy better for you! My personal favorite is the cauliflower mash! So good that some of my guests didn’t even realize they weren’t eating traditional mashed potatoes! Definitely would recommend this book if you love thanksgiving as much as I do!

    I absolutely love Nedi’s Thanksgiving E-book! I’m vegan-vegetarian and there are so many delicious veggie options and sides, as well as sweet treats. I cooked holiday dinner for the first time last year and her recipes were easy to follow and everyone loved them!! I’m so excited to try some new ones this year and make a dull healthy with Nedi Thanksgiving spread. Some of my favorites are the roasted butternut squash salad, roasted cauliflower, vegan okra, squash soup and I can’t pass up the gluten free apple crumble, autumn delight or chocolate pudding!!
