I love wearing tees it’s my staple wardrobe so I just wanted to create the perfect tee I could live in

Food
What is your favorite meal of the day?
Lunch or dinner as I really struggle to find inspiration at breakfast. I also like tea time which is somewhere in between lunch and dinner and involves cookies and a cup of tea.
Can you take us through a day of your meals?
Breakfast is either a piece of toast or a crumpet with marmite, lunch is usually a salad then afternoon involves some cadburys chocolate or cookies and a cup of tea. Dinner is usually pasta or fish.
What would be your last meal on earth?
Spaghetti
What is your favorite cookbook?
I really only use a cookbooks when i’m baking. I just got Antonia Parkers cookbook and the Fortnum and Mason Cookbook but am yet to try them. I’m quite impatient when it comes to following recipes. I usually go off track and start adding my own ingredients.
If you could have dinner with anyone living or dead, who would it be?
My grandpa Martin who passed away a few years ago. I miss him and he’s was the most charming and entertaining gentleman on the planet. Otherwise, my family and let’s throw in Dame Judy Dench as I just love the sound of her voice and Stevie Nicks to serenade our pasta.

Favorite restaurant where you live?
The best spaghetti vongole is La Famiglia in Chelsea.
Top three restaurants in the world?
La Famiglia in London, Dal Batti in Portofino for the prawns, Houston’s for ribs and fries in Florida … can I have four – I also love Nando’s for a chicken pitta with pineapple.
Any health tips when ordering?
I rarely drink surgary drinks or soda. I go for sparkling water and if I know I’m going somewhere with good desserts I try not to eat any chocolate that day.

What does your workout schedule look like?
It varies depending on my schedule. I got to KX for pilates and take Francesca the Method class there.
Favorite workout class where you live?
Face gym it’s a work out for your face and I’m obsessed with it. Great for de puffing after flying or a late night. They have one in Selfridges, Kings road, St. John’s Wood and Kings cross.
What motivates you to get moving?
A killer playlist!
Favorite athletic wear?
Sweaty Betty – it washes the best and makes you feel good while wearing it.

I love vintage pieces.
Must have handbag?
I love the daily edited monogram bags and just got a super cute green evening bag from Rosantica.
Favorite shoes?
Jimmy Choo and Nike.
What is your favorite item in your closet?
My Rotten Roach child sweater, it’s so soft and cozy.
Beauty
Name one beauty secret?
Paul Edmonds for a cut with Lamia and color with Claire. I also see Sunita for facials there and she has me hooked on skinceuticals products. Their LED light therapy is a miracle worker for rosacea and spots.
What products are you loving right now?
My face gym pro tool helps define the jawline and cheek bones. I also love the skinceuticals b5 serum hydrates even the driest skin.
Is there a spa or holistic treatment you swear by?
The face gym signature workout. The collagen hair treatment at Paul Edmonds salon and a quick blast in 111skins cryo chamber at Harrods. I also think getting your eyelashes and eye brows tinted at Blink Bar London really helps frame your face.

Travel
Favorite vacation spot?
LA as it has the beach the hills, many great galleries, restaurants and the sun shines all the time. My baby brother also lives there.
Favorite hotels in the world?
The Sunset Marquis in LA and Hotel Bel Air.
How do you stay healthy while traveling?
Drink lots of water and try to excercise the day I arrive to remove all the toxins from traveling. I also love walking everywhere.
What’s your bucket list travel destination?
India for sure!

Favorite book?
Anything by Truman Capote ‘answered prayers or music for a chameleon’ or anything by Dominick Dunne ‘too much money and a season in purgatory’. I also love Marianne Williamson ‘a return to love’. Beautiful Ruins by Jess Walters is also good.
Favorite movie?
The princess bride
Favorite tv series?
I just finished Killing Eve and Bodyguard, which were both great. Loved the Defiant Ones on Netflix and for my sins Gossip Girl.
Favorite podcast?
The daily from the New York Times, The National theatre conversations and radio fours desert island discs.
