It’s that time of the month again! I seriously love walking the aisles of the grocery store or the pages of Amazon looking for new, high fiber, high protein, low carb options. Adding new favorite products to my diet keeps my meals exciting and helps me to create new delicious recipes. Here are my favorite products from May:

Avocado Oil Cooking Spray – There is nothing not to love about cooking with avocado oil. Not only can it withstand cooking at high heat, it also contains a healthy dose of Oleic fats (the good kind!) and antioxidants.
Chickpea Crumbs – I am obsessed with these “bread” crumbs made from chickpea flour. These are perfect for anyone steering clear of gluten, but also still wants to enjoy their chicken parmesan.
