This smoothie will help you kick some serious butt in the gym! It is loaded with superfood nutrients that will let you power through the day. I love adding body brilliance vegan chocolate shake into my smoothies. It contains green tea and guarana, which helps boosts your metabolism and can encourage fat burning. The shake includes anti-inflammatories like aloe vera, green tea and turmeric which can help your body flush out toxins, heal, and repair itself in a holistic, healthy with Nedi way!

Sweet Protein Berry-Boost

Serves 2

541_Healthy_With_NedaINGREDIENTS

  • handful of ice
  • 1 tbsp body brilliance
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 drop liquid stevia

DIRECTIONS

  • Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
