Vegan Chocolate Banana Cupcakes
- 4 bananas
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- STEP 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
- STEP 2. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- STEP 3. Lightly grease cupcake molds.
- STEP 4. Separate the batter into cupcake molds and bake on 350F for 25 minutes.
