Sandwich – for your inner kid! Seriously, who doesn’t love almond butter?? Sometimes I find myself standing in the kitchen eating out of the jar with a spoon like I used to eat nutella when I was a little kid. It will only take a couple of minutes to prepare this deliciousness in the morning so you can enjoy before work or just as a snack throughout the day.
Almond Butter Sandwich
- 1 Slice of Ezekiel Bread
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 3-4 Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 Banana, sliced
- 1/2 Tsp Cacao Nibs
- Sprinkle of Chia Seeds
- STEP 1. Toast the bread and spread with almond butter.
- STEP 2. Top with sliced fruit.
- STEP 3. Sprinkle cacao nibs over the banana toast & chia seeds over the strawberry toast.
