ACV is an excellent cleansing tonic for the entire body! Make sure you buy it raw, organic and unfiltered. My favorite brand is BRAGG. I love combining it with lemon and warm water. After I introduced it to my grandma, she instantly became hooked and it is now the first thing she drinks every morning! She is adorable. Apple Cider Vinegar Detox
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, I suggest starting with 1 if you are new to this and increasing as you get used to it
- 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp raw honey, this is optional
DIRECTIONS
- Warm up water. Shake apple cider vinegar really well and pour 1 or 2 tbsp into a glass. Add lemon juice and water. Stir with a spoon and drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Enjoy!
