This is an easy and very healthy dessert packed with plenty of nutrients. Bananas are high in potassium, cacao is rich in magnesium which will fight off cravings. Chia seeds are full in omega -3 fatty acids, which are great for heart health and the protein found in chia will keep you full for a long time.
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 drop stevia
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1/2 banana
- STEP 1. Soak the chia seeds in water for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- STEP 2. In a blender, add the soaked chia with the remaining of ingredients and blend until smooth.
- STEP 3. Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy with some fresh berries!
