Wacces sent me these awesome resistance bands to review just in time for me to pack in my suitcase for a jaunt to Dubai. Resistance bands take up zero space in your luggage and can really add some intensity to a hotel gym workout.
Here are a few Healthy with Nedi approved resistance band workouts:
Band Assisted Dips
Band assisted dips are a really challenging exercise to do with your own body weight, so the resistance bands are a great tool to give your body support and make sure the form is correct. These dips work your triceps, pecs, and anterior deltoids.
Wall Sits
Doing wall sits with your arms extended pulling away from each other is a great warm up exercise. It helps elevate the average wall sit by increasing activation in your quads and upper back (left photo).
Quad Stretch
Resistance bands are a helpful tool in deepening your quad stretch. Stretching with the bands can help you elongate the muscles in ways that you wouldn’t normally be able to (right photo).
The Wacces bands come in a variety of colors and you can order them on Amazon Prime, so they’ll make it in time for your next big trip.
