What we put into our bodies can effect everything from energy levels, weight, mental wellbeing, appearance of skin and hair, and much more. This is why I have carefully selected some of my favorite vegan friendly restaurants in London that are #HealthyWithNedi approved.
Blakes – Blakes is located at the Blake’s Hotel and it is one of my favorite restaurants in London! The ambiance is cozy, yet romantic. Order the super green soup, mushroom soup, courgette spaghetti with pesto and the wild mushroom with truffles! For dessert, I strongly suggest the vegan tiramisu. It is out of this world.
Farmacy – The perfect spot for vegan and plant-based eaters with plenty of choices to choose from. Some of my personal favorites are the raw bruschetta, Asian salad, green eggs bowl, pharmacy burger (without the bun), avocado toast, and the vegan buckwheat pancakes.
Nama Foods – Raw and vegan restaurant based in Notting Hill. Some of my favorite dishes are the truffle pasta which is made out of zucchini noodles (totally #HealthyWithNedi approved), lasagna with zucchini pasta strips, the vegetable terrine, seaweed salad and the cheeseboard that is completely dairy-free.
KX – KX is like my second home…you can find me here on most days when I am in London. Although I am not vegan, the menu is full of options for plant-based eaters. I personally really like the super greens salad, vegan chopped salad and the carrot spaghetti.
Grace Belgravia – Grace is great if you are relaxing at home and want to get a quick and healthy food delivery. You can easily find dishes that are free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar. They have a variety of vegan dishes, soup and juices cleanses. My favorites are the roasted autumn vegetables, vegan sushi rolls with miso, grilled aubergine salad, turmeric hummus with crudité and the spiced cauliflower.
Farm Girl – A holistic and healthy approach to Australian cafe culture in the heart of Notting Hill that serves nothing but fresh ingredients. I recommend trying the avocado toast, garden soup, watermelon cucumber salad and the jackfruit wrap.
Rawligion – This is a great place if you want to pick up something healthy on the go. Everything at Rawligion is 100% organic and plant-based. The raw spicy Singapore kelp noodles are super tasty and I also enjoy their red lentils soup.
Juice Baby – A health cafe in Chelsea that offers cold-pressed juices, smoothies, nut milks, and salads. I love their holy kale salad, yam yam bowl and the soba noodles.
Tanya’s Cafe – This cafe serves all organic and plant based meals, drinks and desserts. The living lasagna with walnut “meat” and the rainbow pad thai are my favorites. Both low-carb options with a delicious twist.
Squirrel – Super cute venue in South Kensington that is designed to look like a treehouse. It is great for pick up because you can create your own salad. The ginger spice bowl, guac ’n’ roll (without the tortilla chips) and the absolutely radiating salad are my three favorites on their menu.
The MAE Deli – Created by Deliciously Ella, she now has a total of three locations throughout London. The menu changes seasonally and the vegan options are endless. Excellent for a healthy breakfast or lunch on-the-go! I love their chocolate & banana pancakes, as well as the carrot & yellow split pea soup.
