4th of July is the perfect holiday celebration to serve healthy eats. Falling right in the middle of summer, you have access to fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats off the grill and light and refreshing treats. All you need to do is a little planning. Here are some recipes to make your 4th of July the healthiest one yet:

Coconut Berry Popsicles

These popsicles are the perfect frozen mix for a tasty summer treat! Berries are naturally sweet and the coconut water adds extra sweetness that the whole family will love.
