This is my go-to cocktail when I am out and most bartenders are happy to make it for me. Vodka has zero carbs and I steer clear of mixed drinks by keeping it simple with this cucumber martini. It is light, crisp and super refreshing. I’m sure it will become a favorite of yours too!
Watermelon is naturally sweet and very refreshing. It is naturally hydrating and a rich source of heart healthy nutrients, such as Vitamins A, B6, C, potassium, lycopene, and beta-carotene. This is a low calorie cocktail ideal for a summer holiday!
