CHOBANI VS. SIGGI’S
Clients often ask me what yogurts to buy at the supermarket and the first thing I say to them is read the ingredients! Always remember to check the ingredients and look out for harmful substance and artificial colors. A lot of people assume eating yogurt for breakfast is healthy but not if your eating a fruit flavored yogurt that has so much sugar it can literary make you into hyperactive maniac for 20 minutes and after you will crash. Not only will you crash, but all that sugar gets converted to fat once it is in our bodies. Make sure to choose wisely what goes inside of your body because it is the only place you got to live in ;)!

I’m not speaking badly of Chobani but just simply comparing their differences by showing you that siggi’s is the better option being that Chobani has almost double the carbs and sugars. Siggi’s products don’t contain artificial sweeteners and they use milk from farmers who do not use growth hormones such as rBGH.
