A tasty, low-carb spin on pasta. My clients are always so amazed that you can make noodles out of veggies! Beta-carotene-rich rutabagas are famous for being high in Vitamin C, but they are also an excellent source of potassium and manganese (for energy), and a good source of fiber, thiamin and Vitamin B6. I highly recommend all of Hungry Root’s noodles. They are so convenient and take less than 5 minutes to cook!
