Happy Meatless Monday!
Nothing is better than starting a meatless day with a fulfilling, delicious smoothie. This week for Meatless Monday I’d like to share with you my famous Pineapple Avocado Smoothie. If you are not aware of this amazing movement, you can learn more about Meatless Monday here.
Pineapple Avocado Breakfast Smoothie
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
5 ice cubes
handful of spinach
1/2 avocado, peeled
1/2 banana
1 inch ginger, peeled
1 drop liquid stevia
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 cup pineapple
1 1/2 cup coconut water
DIRECTIONS
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
