This is a quick and easy marinade that adds so much flavor! Not only is this marinade super yum, but it is also full of nutrient dense foods. Ginger, garlic, and cilantro are anti inflammatory and boost the immune system.
- 1/2 lb. prawns
- fresh ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 serrano pepper, chopped
- zest of 1 lime
- juice of 1lemon
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- STEP 1. Mix all of the ingredients in a glass bowl.
- STEP 2. Marinade the prawns and let sit in the fridge for a 1-2 hours.
