I love celebrating Easter Sunday with my family as it is a wonderful time to get everyone together. It also signifies the beginning of Spring which means it’s time for delicious light vegetable-based dishes. Here are some of my favorite recipes that would make a #healthwithnedi approved addition to any Easter brunch.
